In every facility, our OIM team provides dedicated clinical leadership who work closely with hospital administration to define expectations and assist in development of evidence-based protocols and goals for clinical outcomes.  Our physician leaders offer their time and expertise to serve as Medical Directors, participate in Medical Executive Committees, lead Quality programs, lead and attend educational seminars and participate other various hospital committees and program initiatives.  We are leaders in the endeavor to provide quality care with the highest clinical outcomes and we engage with our colleagues across all specialties by participating in multi-disciplinary rounds and make every effort to ensure patient satisfaction.
